We at Simon’s Trucking do our best to schedule our drivers according to their needs. If you want to stay out & live in your truck, we will keep you moving. If you want to get home for the weekend, we can make that happen too. We have found that being transparent with our employees on what we are able to offer and what we can do upfront prior to being hired increases the relationships we have with each of them. Family owned and operated since 1946, we know how important family is so when we are able to get drivers to Texas to see their grandkids born it’s a triumph for us as well.
