Health Benefits
Here at Simon's Trucking, we offer medical, vision and dental insurance. Our medical plans are through Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
401K & Matching
We want to help set you up for an amazing future. Not only do you have access to a 401K plan, Simon's Trucking will match 100% of the first percent and then 50% for the next five. This means that if you contribute 6% to your 401K, Simon's will match 3.5%!
Vacation & Holiday
After you are employed with us for a year, you earn a week's paid vacation. As your tenure grows, so will your vacation time. Simon's Trucking also pays for the 6 major holidays after your first 30 days of employment.
Compensation
Our drivers that are home weekly can see an average annual salary of $85,000, with hard runners seeing even more. Weekly settlements with a base pay starting at $0.52/mile, an additional $0.10/mile if loaded with hazmat and up to $0.08/mile safety bonus that is paid ever quarter, Simon's Trucking encourages and rewards our drivers effectively.

At Simon's Trucking We Pride ourselves on having some of the best equipment on the road today. All of our trucks are 2020 & newer, and we have an in-house maintenance program that makes sure we avoid unexpected downtime on the road.
